		<description>When you speak with an agent, you tend to get their package of what they want to sell. I really appreciate having some of this explained to me - i.e. guaranteed rates vs. only guaranteed for 5 years.... I think a lot of people can get an unpleasant suprise when they do not understand this.</description>
